Change is possible.
Through sharing, discussion, and the voluntary choice to change, we can each make a difference in each other’s lives for the better – from a place of love, hope and mutual respect.
“You cannot save people, you can only love them.”
The Diary Of Anais Nin, Volume Two (1934-1939)
“Life is. I am. We are. All things achieve harmony.” This summary of the Tao Te Ching and most other sacred texts is a personal mantra that keeps me believing that we can achieve peace for ourselves and with each other.
TaoJones offers a speaker series of inspirational talks to begin the dialogue about how to achieve this harmony. These action-learning based talks engage the audience in exploring our “stones” – the hurts, seen and unseen, that we carry around with us from past pain and the hurts we give to others, knowingly or unknowingly.
The note cards that support this series are just one way we can begin to reach out to each other and share our feelings, from the heart.
I am no expert. My degrees are in the humanities, education and business, not counseling or HR. I just know what I have been through and want to share that just in case it is helpful to someone else experiencing similar challenges.
What I offer comes from the heart and is for the heart. Because we could all use a little more love in our day to day living.
